Recently Utah changed its DUI breath or blood alcohol legal limit from 0.08% to 0.05%, the lowest in the nation.

There is a similar move in legislatures of Washington and other states to do likewise. So we may see bills introduced in the 2019 Washington legislative session to adopt the 0.05% legal limit.
