New Ignition Interlock Devices rules in 2011

New Washington State Legislation enacted in 2011 now affects all DUI convicted drivers currently required to have installed ignition interlock devices for specific periods of time.. Such drivers will not be able to remove their Dept of Licensing required ignition interlock devices, even after the time periods have expired, until they have also gone at least 4 continuous months without any interlock device test failures or lockouts.
