November 11,2012–Adults over age 21 currently charged with Possession of Marijuana (under 28 grams-1 oz) in Washington should immediately contact their prosecuting attorney agency to request dismissal of their charges. King and Pierce county prosecutors are already automatically dismissing these charges.
