HELP YOUR CRIMINAL DEFENSE LAWYER HELP YOUR CASE (Click Here)
There are many things a WA State criminal defendant can do to help their defense attorneys get the best possible case outcomes. Follow the defense attorney's advice to be proactive. Take all the following recommended actions that will impress the case prosecutors & judges.
For DUI cases, voluntarily obtain an alcohol/drug assessment and start any recommended treatment classes/programs. Voluntarily attend a DUI Victims Panel session. If the DUI caused an accident, get written proof of restitution from your car insurance company that they have paid for any medical bills and any car/property damages & repairs.
For Reckless Driving and Negligent Driving charges, voluntarily attend a court approved Aggressive Driver Traffic Safety class.
For Driving While License Suspended (DWLS) charges, reinstate your WA driver license as soon as possible.
For Assault and Theft charges, get written proof that you paid the victims full restitution for all their expenses & losses.
And for all criminal cases, voluntarily perform community service in the area where the crime occurred. Do at least 10 hours. Get written proof to show the prosecutors and judges.
Taking these above proactive actions will greatly help your defense attorney obtain the best possible case outcome for you. Contact Lynnwood DUI/criminal defense lawyer Paul Hanson for more information.
